2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) jilibo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. jilibo reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend accounts where inaccurate or false information is detected.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the jilibo Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of jilibo or its affiliates; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who are prohibited from gambling under applicable Philippine law.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilibo account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilibo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilibo account, whether or not authorized by you. jilibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 No Transfer of Accounts. Your jilibo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). jilibo may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by jilibo for this purpose, including a valid government-issued Philippine identification document.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the jilibo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilibo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in cryptocurrency of any kind.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jilibo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jilibo cashier page and may be updated from time to time. jilibo reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. jilibo reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review purposes.
4.5 Funds Ownership. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jilibo account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jilibo reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in jilibo's current fee schedule. jilibo will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.
5.1 General. jilibo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jilibo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. jilibo shall not be liable to any player for any loss resulting from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.

9.2 jilibo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jilibo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
